JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18.04.2018 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing this fact on the record that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was accused in Rahika P.S. Case no. 629/2008 registered under section 302 IPC and Madhubani P.S. Case no. 176/2015 registered under section 302 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that earlier petitioner was on bail but he misused his privilege of bail as a result whereof his bail bond was cancelled on 25.3.2014. However, petitioner could be remanded in this case on 18.2.2018 and since then he is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
