2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, while the informant along with his friend was going to their office, in the meantime, unknown miscreants intercepted and snatched key of their vehicle. They also snatched cash and mobile of the informant and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78385 of 2023(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 in which his confession was made and on the basis of which, he was remanded in this case. Neither he was put on TI Parade nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.6.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-VI-Cum-ACJM-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur.
