The present application has been preferred: for initiation of contempt proceeding against respondents opposite parties, who have been willfully and intentionally Disobeying and flouted the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No :- 9937 /2025 in which direction to submit all the relevant documents before the collector, Ara, Bhojpur and the collector after hearing the parties

Patna High Court MJC No.3569 of 2025(4) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 shall be duty bond to take the same to its logical conclusion of an earliest preferably with in a period of four months from the date the petition is preferred before this office.

3. In CWJC No. 9937 of 2025, the direction was given to the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner. This order was passed on 01.07.2025.

4. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara duly signed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Ara and Annexure R/A shows that on 22.01.2026, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of negating the claim.

5. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate/challenge the said order, if he so want, satisfied that the order stands complied, MJC No. 3569 of 2025 stands disposed of.
