JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected with a direction to the learned Court concerned to verify that save and except suspicion against the petitioner, as to whether there are other materials against him.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific allegation is made against him. However, it appears that again the prayer of the petitioner has been rejected and against them no specific allegation has been attributed in impugned order. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2515 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Piprasi P.S. Case No.22 of 2017 on condition that one bailor should be local bailor and petitioner will cooperate in trial on each and every date.
