JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition bearing CWJC No.14488 of 2021, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 21.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain difficulties, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not attend the court, when the case was called out, resulting in the aforesaid writ petition being dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the State has got no objection in case the present restoration petition is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2626 of 2022(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 Having regard to the averments made in the present petition as also taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.14488 of 2021 to its original file.

The petition stands allowed.
