2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 461 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) (D) of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2018.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file regular bail application in the court below.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77959 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
