Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2017. The FIR is against unknown. However, a mobile phone was recovered from possession of the petitioner which is yet to be identified in the Test Identification Parade as to whether the same was the stolen mobile of this case or not. Claim of the petitioner is that the said mobile was of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8522 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheri Police Station Case No. 303 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
