Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bousi P. S. Case No. 267 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation in brief is that huge amount of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 190 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the vehicle and the driver of the vehicle was escaped away but one person named as Mukesh Kumar Yadav, who was seated on the vehicle, was apprehended.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Mukesh Kumar Yadav @ Mukesh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Bousi P.S.Case No. 267 of 2017.
