2. This writ petition has been filed seeking direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.22235 of 2019(7) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 to respondent No. 4 Circle Officer, Fatehpur, Gaya to dispose of the application which has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of rent receipt in the name of petitioner. 3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that application filed by the petitioner for fixation of rent application vide annexure 6 of this writ petition is still pending before the Anchal Adhikari, Fatehpur, Gaya .

4. In view of the nature of grievance , this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 (The Anchal Adhikari, Gaya ), to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner vide annexure -6 of this writ petition , in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
