Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion and from the possession of the petitioner, a mobile phone was recovered by the police. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2473 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 case is pending in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No.746 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
