Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Alok Kumar. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.10.2017. He was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Alok Kumar has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59406 of 2017 (Annexure-2).

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10675 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barbigha Police Station Case No. 447 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
