2. A supplementary affidavit showing statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (for short 'BNSS') has been filed across the board, which was taken on record.

3. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.23 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144(1), 144(2), 64(1), 111, 98, 99, 70, 145, 61 of the Bhartiya Nyaya

No.75071 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'B.N.S.') as well as Sections 3, 4, 5,6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Sections 4, 6, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, Section 18 of the Child Labour Act and Sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of the Children) Act.

3. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and is in custody since 29.06.2025.

4. As per FIR, petitioner along with her husband and other co-accused persons were alleged to be involved in trafficking for immoral activities.

5. Considering the submissions of Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel that nothing incriminating has been stated by the recovered victim against this petitioner while recording her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS for which attention of this Court was drawn towards paragraph no.34 of the case diary, coupled with the fact that petitioner being a lady of clean antecedent remains in custody since 29.06.2025, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
