Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No.437 of 2017, registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and his name was disclosed by another co-accused and except that there is no other material.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Sonu @ Naushad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No.437 of 2017.
