Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354B, 509 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, two vehicles had collided against each other and for that reason, the passengers quarreled. Allegation is that the accused persons named and unknown committed assault, theft against the informant and his family members.

The petitioners are not named in the written report nor anything specific against the petitioners.

No.3565 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Barari) Police Station Case No. 636 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
