====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Case No.C2/94/18 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Liquor, from the motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner no.1 and on which the petitioner no.2 was pillion rider.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since 12.02.2018.

No.17537 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No.C2/94/18.
