The petitioner is accused in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 2 bottles each containing 750 ML, 12 bottles each containing 375 ML and 43 bottles each containing 180 ML from the field and nearby the field one Alto Car was parked, in which, Rakesh Kumar, Pankaj Kumar and this petitioner were found sitting.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that illicit liquors were not found from the conscious possession of the petitioner but he has falsely been implicated in this case mere on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17352 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Excise Court, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018.
