2. Petitioner, who is widow of the deceased employee, who retired from the post of University Professor of Gynecology-cum-Dean of the University has filed the present writ petition for following relief(s):
Patna High Court CWJC No.1017 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/3 " That the present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of writ, writs, order, orders, direction, directions specially to the respondent Vice Chancellor, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Patna to pay 7th Pay Revision benefits as well as calculate the difference of pay in terms of 7th Pay Revision and revised payment of gratuity, leave encashment and other admissible dues of the petitioner by virtue of the fact that the husband of the petitioner retired in the year 2009 from the post of University Professor of Gynecology-cum-Dean of the University, who died in the year 2017 requires a detailed calculation chart by the University authorities with respect to the payment made after the retirement in the year 2009 and thereafter admissible dues due by way of family pension to the petitioner in revised pay made admissible to the Animal Sciences University employees.
And further be pleased to direct the concerned University authorities to pay or reimburse the bills for operation/ heart treatment as admissible to the wife/husband of the pensioner. And further be pleased to pass such appropriate order as your Lordship may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Patna for claiming the admissible dues which still remains to be paid to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that he will inform the Vice Chancellor that immediate steps be taken for release of all the remaining
Patna High Court CWJC No.1017 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 3/3 admissible retiral dues which has not been paid to the petitioner in spite of the specific direction of this Court vide order dated 09.07.2020 passed in CWJC No. 6680 of 2018.
5. All the above exercise must be done well within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of representation.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
