After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application to pursue the title suit filed by the petitioners before the learned Sub-Judge, Madhubani details of which have been given in paragraph no. 17 of the writ application.

It may be observed that the instant writ application, in view of the suit already having been preferred, is absolutely misconceived.
