2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 08.07.2024.

4. The trial court report reveals that after framing of charge, till date only one witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Maner P.S.
