2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with coaccused committed the murder of informant's sister due to nonfulfillment of demand of additional dowry.
4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is an old lady and she is separate in mess and property and has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
