The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that land in question was belonging to the complainant and petitioner has wrongly executed the sale deed. It is basically a civil dispute. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Baleshwar Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
