The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 11, 41, 56(2) of Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019.
Prosecution case in brief is that a truck loaded with 400 CFT of sand was seized by the informant (Mines Inspector). It is submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit the revenue loss caused to the government. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will deposit the revenue loss to the government and

No.75308 of 2022(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 at the time of furnishing bail bond and will also furnish a copy of receipt of payment of fine, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 341 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
