JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shreenagar P.S.Case No. 111 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341 and 447 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the occasion of Moharram, the village youths were demonstrating their skill of arms, however, there is no specific allegation against these two petitioners and it is stated that they hit one person with arrow and petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Md. Suleman and Md. Saud are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
