1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.294/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Rosera, Samastipur.

3. In the nature of allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., and the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
