2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 20 (b) (ii) (B) in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file regular bail application in the court below.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77945 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
