Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 447, 448, 452 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that for land dispute, the occurrence of assault took place wherein allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault at the nose of the informant with a sharp cutting weapon. The Doctor has found simple injury. The parties have entered into a compromise. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017. Considering the entire submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

No.19178 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Waris Nagar Police Station Case No. 246 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
