Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.337 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a 26/35 Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71386 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.337 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
