The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.368 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. According to F.I.R., a loaded country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.08.2017. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.5895 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 P2/ the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
