1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rampurhari Police Station Case No. 54 of 2024, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter was married with the co-accused Saukat Ali on 06.07.2017. It has been alleged that the petitioners along with other accused persons demanded dowry and due to non-

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law of the deceased aged about seventy nine years and petitioner no. 2 is niece (bhagni) of the deceased and petitioner no. 3 is sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased. The father-in-law of the deceased is in custody and husband is absconding. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are distant relative of the deceased. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are married and residing separately having no concern with the family affairs of the co-accused Saukat Ali.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the advance age of petitioner no. 1, mother-in-law of the deceased, who is aged about seventy nine years and the fact the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are married and residing with their husbands, I am inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
