This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of the husband of the informant for land dispute. According to the F.I.R., co-accused Umesh Rai had taken the deceased to Chapra which was informed by the wife of Tuntun Rai to the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. The investigation has completed now and the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above
