2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 329 (3) , 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109 (1) , 308 (3) , 352, 351 (3) and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that the informant namely, Tajda Mostafa , alleged that on 06.07.2025 , these petitioners assaulted informant and others. Doctor has

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS. 2023 .
