The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27/35 of Arms Act.

Vide order dated 25.01.2023, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Gaya dated 03.02.2023, kept at flag 'A', whereby it is submitted that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined and 4 witnesses are yet to be examined and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial is about six months, if parties co-operate. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not
