The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner caught hold of the minor daughter of the informant, pulled her stole and started misbehaving with her and on protest and hue and cry raised by her, he ran away, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on merits without being prejudiced in
