Petitioner seeks direction to the University authority to pay the arrears of his salary and difference of salary. Learned counsel for the University submits that according to his information, the petitioner has already been paid his entire salary, which is being denied by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura (respondent no.5), who shall dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22677 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within four months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
