JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.601 of 2017, arising out of Barauni P.S. Case No.341 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the occurrence of assault petitioner allegedly assaulted with dagger causing injury at the different parts of the body of the informant including at the chest and stomach. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2889 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
