2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81793 of 2023 due to the reason that in the paragraph no.10(v) of Cr. Misc. No. 81793 of 2023, Parsanui P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022 has been wrongly typed in place of Parsauni P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022. As such, in the order sheet, Parsanui P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022 has been typed which requires modification.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in future such mistakes shall not took place.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79070 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 for the petitioner, let the Parsanui P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022 be read as Parsauni P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this application is hereby allowed and order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81793 of 2023 is modified up to that extent. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Aman Kumar/- U T
