JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have dashed the motorcycle of the informant and snatched rupees ten thousand from him and in that course he also made firing but admittedly, none sustained any firearm injury and petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2018.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of some cases but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67108 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016.
