Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that main allegation is against father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is grandfather-inlaw of commission of murder. Submission is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Father-in-law of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19155 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 49 of 2018 arising out of Dhankund Police Station Case No. 68 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
