The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 and Sections 4/21(i)/21(4A) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners in the instant case is that they were involved in illegal mining of red sand from Chandan River. The petitioners are in

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Banka, in connection with Jaipur P.S.
