Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Rakesh Sharma @ Rakesh Kumar Sharma and this petitioner had taken the deceased from his house in presence of the informant and thereafter dead body was noticed. The said Rakesh Sharma @ Rakesh Kumar Sharma has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Only material in the case diary is suspicion against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mehsi Police Station Case No.205 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
