Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner made two round firing on the husband of the informant causing him fire arms injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have compromised the matter and informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the
