2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the mobile used by the criminals was sold by the petitioner subsequently to another coaccused and the involvement of the petitioner has come in the crime.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner is not similar and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 30.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022.
