The petitioners are in custody in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 1075 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against un-known for the occurrence of robbery. The petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2017. They have not been put on T.I. parade. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. Investigation has already been complete. Only material against the petitioners is confessional statement. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3246 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepur Police Station Case No. 57 of 2017 corresponding to G.R.
