The petitioner applied for appointment of Constable (Trademan) for which examination was held from 1st September, 2019 to 29th September, 2019 but the petitioner was not allowed to appear at the written examination on the ground that in one form, the petitioner applied for two posts. It appears that the petitioner has applied for appointment on two posts but there is specific guidelines that an applicant should fill up application for appointment of one post. The examination has already been held for the year 2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22583 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
