The petitioner is in custody in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.176 of 2016, a case under Sections 337/307/427/504/353/153(A)/295 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was identified in the mob, which had blocked the road traffic due to some communal tension. Further allegation against the mob is that they created obstruction in discharge of official duty by the public servant and damage to public property.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2883 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
