The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 414/412/420/467/468/472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is license holder of Establish Pollution Testing Station (Annexure - 2) and he has no concern with the alleged recoveries. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2019.

Case No. 155 of 2019.
