Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P. S. Case No. 350 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing assault with iron rod to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is property dispute between both sides and allegation against the petitioner is only of giving single iron rod blow on the head of the informant but the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5014 of 2018 (3) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 custody since 18.10.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Ajay Kumar @ Ajay Kumar Singh, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge- XII CUMAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No. 350 of 2017.
