2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that in pursuance of the order dated 28.03.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5889 of 2019, a final order dated 26.11.2020 under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has already been passed under Section 6 of the said Act, annexed as Annexure-D to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.
