JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 200 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 120B of the Indian penal Code and Sections 25(1-b),a,27 of Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one stolen motorcycle as well as fire arms was recovered from one Santosh Kumar Singh who disclosed that motorcycle was given to him by this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery is from Santosh Kumar Singh and not from this petitioner and except his statement that motorcycle was handed over to him by the petitioner, there is no other material.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.4215 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Bikal Kumar Singh @ Chhote Singh @ Chhotu Singh is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihar in connection with Chakia P.S.
