This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for offences under Sections 380 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by apprehended accused in his confessional statement. However, nothing was stolen from the house of the informant and the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.02.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
